TEN87 Lavish Raw Strands Booking & Cancellation Policy To respect both my time and yours, please review the following booking policies before scheduling: All appointments require a card on file to book appointment. Deposits: There is non-refundable deposit at the time of booking on some services such as but not limited to “Specials”. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and will not be transferred, refunded, or credited under any circumstances. • Cancellations after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 30% charge of the service booked. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. • Arriving 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show. • Same-day cancellations for any reason are considered no-shows. There are absolutely NO exceptions, including but not limited to: illness, emergencies, travel delays, weather, childcare issues, or last-minute schedule conflicts. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate service refusal and may require full prepayment for any future bookings. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
